Born in Guyana and proudly connected to her Indian heritage, Priya’s path in beauty began with tradition. After graduating from Empire Beauty School, she built her career as a professional makeup artist and spent nearly a decade at Sony Pictures Entertainment — where artistry met performance, and her vision began to evolve.

But as she worked with more clients, one need became impossible to ignore:
Most makeup didn’t care for the skin beneath it.

As someone who lives with lupus and knows the impact of sensitive skin firsthand, Priya wanted better — for herself, and for others. She imagined makeup that could nourish like skincare, celebrate natural elegance, and still feel luxurious.
