Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase for unopened, unused items in original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Due to hygiene standards, we do not accept returns for any opened or unsealed lip products, foundations, or skincare items.

If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will issue a full refund or send a replacement at no cost to you.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 1–5 business days after the return is received and inspected.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective. For exchanges or store credit, we offer free return shipping as a courtesy.
